Your Responsibilities

Our Chinatown Portfolio is growing with the addition of 41 LaGrange Apartments, a 126-unit affordable housing community in Boston, MA. The affordable program mix includes PB Section 8, LIHTC, MRVP. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with leasing, accounts payables and receivables, waitlist updates, work orders, annual recertifications, preparing move-in files, file compliance, vendor management, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

Your Qualifications

Previous administrative experience in property management is required. Experience with the PBV, LIHTC, and MRVP is preferred. COS, CPO, SCHM, and/or C3P certifications are a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Salary Range: $68,000 to $74,000 depending on experience.
