Position Summary
Bertera Subaru is seeking a dependable Dealer Trade Driver to safely transport vehicles between dealership locations and dealer partners. This position supports the Sales Department by ensuring vehicles are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport new and pre-owned vehicles between dealership locations and partner dealerships.
- Complete dealer trades (vehicle swaps) throughout New England.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any damage or concerns.
- Verify vehicle paperwork, keys, accessories, and documentation before transport.
- Maintain communication with the Sales Department regarding delivery status and scheduling.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled (when required), and ready for transport.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations (where applicable), and dealership safety policies.
- Represent Bertera Subaru professionally while interacting with other dealerships.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles throughout the day and lift up to 25 pounds.
