Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to act as a customer-focused liaison, promoting functional excellence within the CSR role. This position delivers domestic customer service aligned with business requirements and customer needs, while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between customers and the business, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices in customer service.Support continuous improvement initiatives through training, auditing, and process enhancements.Promote functional excellence in all aspects of the CSR role.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in customer service or corporate support roles.
- Familiarity with quality improvement processes and auditing practices.
