What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with precision
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on every call
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance (and customer comfort)
• Execute same-day solutions using our proven process (no guesswork)
• Manage your van stock, parts, and POs like a professional
• Work alongside a dispatch and support team that has your back

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC experience (Service or Install crossover welcome)
• EPA Certified
• Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners
• Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
• Coachable, competitive, and takes pride in their work
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
