Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Pelham, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Pelham, Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity to positively impact K12 students by helping them strengthen their communication skills to support academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to assess students communication needs

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with evaluation findings

  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional input on communication goals and services

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements

  • Offer consultation to teachers to support carryover of speech-language strategies in the classroom

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

  • School-based experience is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
