Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to recommend classroom strategies and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and program reviews to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality according to ethical and legal guidelines.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience in K-12 school settings is preferred.
- Ability to work 1-2 days per week on a part-time schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Skilled in conducting evaluations and providing comprehensive student support.
