Minimum Qualifications
\n
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Client requires prior experience with restorative programs, transfers and mobility training, and fall prevention strategies. This experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow PT-established plans of care and document per facility and state requirements.
