Our client is seeking an IT Project Analyst to lead and support technology initiatives that streamline business processes, enhance data systems, and deliver actionable insights through automation and analytics. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience in Microsoft Power Platform, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Track project timelines, budgets, and communications.
- Apply foundational AI concepts to improve workflows and analytics.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Manage IT and business automation projects from planning through implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define goals, gather requirements, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Build process automation using Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power Apps.
- Support database-related work, ensuring proper design, data integrity, and relational structure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures.
- 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects and working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with project documentation, stakeholder communication, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as PMP or CBAP are a plus.
- Exposure to project management tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and their application in business environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
