How You Will Make an Impact

  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets, escalations, and local walk-up support.
  • Support and maintain AV technologies, including Zoom Rooms, Webex, and Cisco conferencing systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment, switches, ports, and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure security compliance with VPN, MFA, and endpoint protection.
  • Oversee IT assets, hardware deployments, and lifecycle management.
  • Serve as the primary onsite IT authority, collaborating closely with remote teams.

Are You a Proven IT Support Professional Ready to Lead Onsite Operations?

  • 3–5+ years of IT support or systems engineering experience.
  • Strong skills in Windows/macOS, Office 365, and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on with Cisco networking basics (VLAN, ports, wireless, cabling).
  • Skilled in AV support (Zoom Rooms, Webex, Cisco conferencing).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and independence.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage onsite hardware.

Preferred:

  • macOS device management experience (Jamf, Workspace ONE).
  • Prior role as the sole onsite IT support contact.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA).
