Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Certification (required)
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a school environment (preferred)
- Expertise supporting students both one-on-one and in group settings
- Familiarity with behavioral support strategies for pediatric populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs
- Implement behavioral plans under the guidance of specialists and educators
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a productive learning environment
- Support IEP goals and help adapt materials or activities for student success
