Job DescriptionMachine Operator - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts A growing manufacturer is seeking a focused, detail-driven Machine Operator to oversee packaging and inspection at one or more machine workstations in Merrimack, NH.

Pay Rate of the Machine Operator:
$20.00 - 23.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Monitor one or more machine workstations to ensure packaging and inspection meet safety procedures and customer standards.
• Trim or clip product as needed.
• Package, weigh, and label finished product.
• Perform visual inspections of all parts produced.
• Use gauge pins to measure parts and confirm compliance with customer specifications.
• Keep the workstation clean, neat, and organized.
• Report any quality issues to the Shift Supervisor.
• Train Machine Attendants on the next shift as needed.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

• Entry-level position; training provided.
• Ability to read and understand required documentation, including work orders and operator responsibility sheets.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and initiative.
• Basic measuring experience.
