Job Description

Schulte Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our client. This position is focused on manually pulling inventory and assembling kits. No forklift or heavy machinery operation is required.

Mon-Fri 8-4:30

$20/hr

Job Responsibilities

Pick and pull products from inventory according to work orders and kit requirements
Gather the correct quantities of books, materials, supplies, and other products needed for packages
Assemble and kit products accurately according to provided instructions
Organize materials and prepare completed kits for packing and shipment
Verify items, quantities, and product numbers to ensure order accuracy
Label, sort, and stage completed kits
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Assist with general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed
Follow established safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or kitting experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written instructions and pick lists
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to bend, reach, and lift materials as required
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
