Job DescriptionFood Safety & Quality Regulatory TechnicianSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Some Saturdays/overtime as needed)OverviewWe’re looking for a detail‑driven Food Safety & Quality Regulatory Technician to support our food safety, quality, and regulatory programs. This role helps maintain compliance, supports audits, and partners with operations to ensure products meet company and customer standards.Key Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain food safety and quality systems, including HACCP, SSOPs, sanitation, and prerequisite programs.
• Conduct line checks and ingredient inspections; approve or reject materials based on specifications.
• Investigate food safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support internal and customer audits.
• Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation.
• Communicate any nonconforming conditions to quality management.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to use standard lab equipment (refractometer, pH meter, ROTAP, etc.).
• Strong organizational, math, and computer skills.

QualificationsRequired:

• Laboratory or quality assurance background.
• 2–5 years of related experience (food manufacturing preferred but not required).

Preferred:

• Experience with HACCP, PCQI, SQF, BRC, or other food safety systems.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and lab equipment.
