Full-Time | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 32 Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend Rotation

Langdon Place of Portsmouth is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our nursing team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

This is a great opportunity for an MNA looking for a consistent 32-hour-per-week schedule with an every other weekend rotation while being part of a supportive, resident-focused team.

Position Details

Position: Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Hours: 32 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend rotation
Location: Portsmouth, NH

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing

• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with an every other weekend rotation

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
