Position Overview
HireCare Services - Massachusetts is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to join our growing nursing home organization in the Boston, Massachusetts area. As a strategic leader, you will provide oversight and direction to admissions, census development, marketing, referral relationships, and overall business growth across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee admissions, marketing, and census development strategies across all assigned facilities

Develop and implement individualized business development plans for each facility

Establish measurable census, referral, conversion, and occupancy goals

Lead, support, and hold facility admissions and marketing teams accountable for performance

Analyze referral patterns, market conditions, competitors, hospital relationships, and census trends

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase short-term rehabilitation and long-term care admissions
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of business development, admissions, marketing, or census-growth experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or a related healthcare setting

Multi-facility or regional leadership experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of the skilled nursing admissions process, hospital referral networks, and competitive healthcare markets

Demonstrated success increasing census and developing high-value referral relationships
