Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Marion, MA

Job Summary:

Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their highest level of health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, tailored to their individual needs, culture, age, and developmental level

• Perform tasks and tests delegated by registered nurses, reporting and recording data as needed

• Perform advanced skills delegated by registered nurses, reporting and recording data as needed

• Continuously monitor and observe patients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner

• Report any changes observed in condition or behavior, as well as unusual incidents

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of Massachusetts

• LTC experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am shifts available
