Supporting students through dedicated one-on-one assistance, this paraprofessional role focuses on enhancing educational experiences within a school environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students requiring one-on-one assistance during classroom activities.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to implement educational plans and adapt materials to meet student needs.
• Assist with classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
• Support the social and emotional development of students in alignment with school policies.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff.
