• Handle acquisitions & dispositions across commercial assets
• Lead leasing work (core focus)
• Run title, survey & zoning diligence processes
• Support financing transactions and deal structuring
• Work closely with hospitality & mixed-use developments

• 3+ years’ commercial real estate experience
• Strong leasing + transactional exposure
• Confident managing deals with limited oversight
