What Youll Do
- Set up and operate turning, milling, and screw machines.
- Run multiple machines when needed to keep production moving.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, using creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- Manufacturing background preferred.
- 3–5 years of machine set-up experience is ideal.
- Skills:
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications:
- Industry-related certifications may be required or preferred.
