\n Looking to join an established CPA Firm as an Outsourced Client Accounting Senior/Manager, this job is for you!
\n As a Client Accounting Services Team member, you will be responsible for providing senior accountant/ controller and general ledger management services to small to medium sized clients within a wide variety of industries.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and participate in the production of accurate and timely financial statements and other financial records during both month–end and year–end close.
- Create insightful analytical reports allowing clients to better understand operating results.
- Perform budget to actual analyses for engagements and on behalf of clients that offer useful insight into business operations.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries.
- General ledger management services include account reconciliations, posting transactions to the general ledger, processing approved invoice payments, applying cash receipts, and
\n processing payroll utilizing the client’s third–party processor. - Develop new client business while maintaining and expanding existing relationships with client personnel.
- Proactively work with CPAs to provide tax planning and preparation support for mutual clients of the CAS division.
- Drive the implementation of best practices to increase efficiencies.
- Manage/mentor engagement staff while supporting their continued growth and success and maintaining open lines of communication with all members of the CAS Team.

Qualifications:
\n

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing CAS related work or four to five years of public accounting and/or private industry accounting experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time–management skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills used to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast–paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work

\n Salary $90-130K + Bonus
