This position ensures high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior surfaces while also performing minor repairs and general upkeep of the hangar and terminal facilities.. This position is in Boston, MA
🕒 Schedule: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Monday – Friday)Key ResponsibilitiesPainter

  • Examine surfaces to assess required preparation and finishing methods.
  • Complete on-site preparations, including moving furniture and protecting fixtures.
  • Prepare surfaces by repairing damage, sanding, and removing old paint.
  • Fill cracks and holes using appropriate materials (e.g., plaster).
  • Mix paints and other materials to achieve correct color and consistency.
  • Paint surfaces using various tools as required.
  • Perform basic stencil and line work, including marking floor lines.
  • Apply varnish and protective finishes as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of painting supplies.
  • Comply with chemical handling, waste storage, and disposal regulations.

General Maintenance

  • Perform minor repairs in general building maintenance.
  • Assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
  • Keep workspaces neat and hazard-free.
  • Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety programs.
  • Attend worksite safety and in-service training sessions.
  • Follow OSHA, Safety, and PPE standards.
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities / Level of SupervisionThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities. The role receives specific direction on goals and performance expectations, but is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Attributes for Success

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of commercial painting experience.
  • 1–2 years of general maintenance/handyman experience.
  • Familiarity with appropriate painting tools (brushes, sprayers, caulking guns, etc.).
  • Knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
  • Experience using and maintaining power hand tools.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with additional hours as needed.
  • Manual dexterity and balance for ladders and scaffolding use.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Work on various surface types including slippery or uneven terrain.
  • Independent work capabilities under pressure.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Correctable vision and hearing required.
  • Must be able to drive a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to support clients and projects across different shifts.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 -$34.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Pass airport SIDA badge and driver’s test within 2 attempts
