Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, walking, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and encourage social engagement

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Notify the care team of any changes in a client's condition or needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and responsible

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
