Armus Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled and independent HVAC technician who can take full ownership of installations and service calls. This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for a well-rounded professional with experience across all major HVAC systems including mini splits, boilers, furnaces, and refrigeration.

The ideal candidate can:

• Independently install ductless and ducted mini split systems, including piping, wiring, and commissioning.

• Install and troubleshoot all types of boilers (oil, gas, steam, hydronic) for residential and commercial applications.

• Replace and service gas and oil furnaces, including all ductwork, venting, gas piping, and electrical work.

• Handle full-service calls on their own including rooftop units, hydro air, hot water heaters, storage tanks, refrigeration units, and walk-in coolers.

• Use tools such as MegaPress, ProPress, Milwaukee pipe cutters, refrigeration gauges, and press tools with efficiency.

• Communicate clearly with customers and create materials lists or job estimates on-site when needed.

• Complete documentation, process paperwork, and work as a “one-stop shop” on service calls.

✅ Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Minimum 10 years HVAC experience (required)

• EPA certification (required)

• A2L Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)

• Ability to handle service and installation (not just ductwork or furnace replacements)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent troubleshooting ability

• Must be able to work solo and handle both residential and commercial systems
