We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care. Shifts: 3PM - 11PM
Compensation: LPN $31.00 - 38.00 | RN $43.00 - $50.00
Sign On Bonus: LPN $2,750 | RN $3,000
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in resident care and team leadership, including:

Supervising and guiding direct care professional activities to ensure quality care

Participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers
-
Monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and families
-
Accurately transcribing and carrying out physician orders
-
Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions
-
Performing wound care and treatments per physician orders
-
Coordinating follow‑up appointments and transportation
-
Providing direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, colostomy care, and more
-
Conducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completed
-
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care
-
Maintaining adequate supplies, medications, and equipment
-
Initiating and updating care plans
-
Supporting end‑of‑life care with compassion and professionalism
-
Assisting during surveys and participating in committees as assigned
Your leadership helps ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care.
Requirements:
-
Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of New Hampshire
-
A caring, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
-
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
-
Passion for supporting residents in a long-term care setting
