What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
- Operate and monitor building automation and control systems
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately
- Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency across assigned buildings
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial or high-rise building maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and organization skills
