Role Description This full-time Diesel Mechanic role is an on-site at customer locations. The Diesel Mechanic will perform routine and complex maintenance on diesel vehicles and heavy equipment, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, replacing and repairing components, and ensuring all work meets safety and performance standards. The role involves working on large fleets and heavy equipment during scheduled service windows. The Diesel Mechanic will document work performed, communicate findings to supervisors or customers, and help maintain an organized and safe work area.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Diesel Mechanics and working with Heavy Equipment.
- Experience with Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance.
- Ability to perform and manage Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company and industry standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role; relevant certifications or technical training are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
