Pay: From $85,000 - $120,000 DOE

Job description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction on site.
• Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Conduct field inspections to confirm compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates and track project costs to maintain budget control.
• Order materials, schedule inspections, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
• Review and approve contractor invoices, ensuring work is complete and compliant.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices on all job sites.

Job Qualifications

• General Contracting License required.
• 10 years of commercial construction management experience, with proven success in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame building methods and materials.
• Skilled at cost estimating and understanding the financial impact of construction decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Construction Management studies preferred.
• Must hold a current Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL) and valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record, ability to travel to sites as needed.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work on rooftops, perform inspections, and occasionally work with construction equipment and chemicals. Employees must follow all safety rules and may need to perform sound and visual inspections of equipment.
