Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and SLP-CCC required
- Previous experience working within schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable with both direct therapy and IEP development/documentation
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and positive school relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, supporting diverse communication needs
- Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families for student growth
- Maintain timely records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive student support
