Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and SLP-CCC required
  • Previous experience working within schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Comfortable with both direct therapy and IEP development/documentation
  • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and positive school relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, supporting diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families for student growth
  • Maintain timely records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive student support
