Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries
- Process packing slips and receivers, and close purchase orders
- Provide back-up for other team members (as needed)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
