Job DescriptionJob Title: Product Specialist Location-Type: Onsite in Needham, MA Start Date: 9/21/2026 Duration: Contract, 6+ Months Compensation Range: $30-32/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the liaison between the client's customer support organization and its Product Development team, transforming high-volume consumer feedback into clear, actionable insights that drive product improvement. Job Summary •2-6 years of experience in product data •Analyze and synthesize large volumes of consumer feedback from customer comments, product reviews, star ratings, and call center data to identify trends and pain points. •Translate consumer insights and user feedback into actionable recommendations for the Product Development team. •Support new product launches by monitoring consumer sentiment and surfacing timely insights. •Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless product experience from conception to adoption. •Develop engaging content including product demos, training materials, and user guides tailored for internal teams and external audiences. •Deliver presentations and workshops to educate internal teams and external customers on maximizing product value. •Conduct proactive market research and identify emerging trends to inform future product roadmaps. Required Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large, ambiguous datasets into clear recommendations and narratives. •Strong data storytelling skills with experience communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders. •Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority. •Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring prioritization and proactive problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: •Prior experience in a product specialist, consumer insights, or customer experience role. •Familiarity with consumer feedback channels such as product reviews, call center data, or sentiment monitoring tools. •Experience supporting product launches and monitoring post-launch consumer sentiment. •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking thoughtful, clarifying questions to drive action.
