About the Role:
Country 3 Corners is looking for a friendly and motivated Part Time Sales Associate to join our team in Weare, NH! This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on retail environment where you'll help customers find exactly what they need to tackle their next project. If you love hardware, home improvement, and great customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product recommendations and solutions
- Maintain product knowledge across hardware, tools, fasteners, and home improvement categories
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are clean and well-presented
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS)
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory shipments
- Support a positive in-store experience by maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone with professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous retail, customer service, or hardware experience is a plus
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, or home improvement products preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
