Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly for all assignments (on-call hours not included)\n\nComments:\n\nBILH coversheet required at submission\n\nActive MA RN license required at submission\n\nPrefer candidates who can scrub and circulate (scrub preferred, not required)\n\nSpecialties:\n\nCardiac & cardiac transplant surgery\n\nOpen vascular/endovascular surgery\n\nThoracic surgery & thoracic robotics\n\nGeneral surgery\n\nSchedule (40 hrs/week):\n\nFour 10s: 6:45a–5:15p (primary), rotate to 9a–7:30p\nOR\n\nFive 8s: 6:45a–3:15p, rotate to 11a–7:30p\n\nCall Requirements:\n\nOne weekend/month (Fri 7p–Mon 7a), 30-min response\n\nOne short call/week (2–4 hrs)\n\nOne CVI night call/week: 7p–7a\n\nHolidays as scheduled\n\nRequirements:\n\nRN license, BLS & ACLS (AHA)\n\n1+ year OR nursing experience (1–3 years preferred)\n\nTeaching hospital experience preferred\n\nAdditional Notes:\n\nNo local travelers (50-mile radius)\n\nStart: ASAP (≈4 weeks for compliance)\n\nOrientation: Weekly (Mondays)\n\nIVS review + nurse manager interview required\n\nInterview availability & all RTO must be submitted upfront\n\nMust be separated from BILH for 6+ months\n\nParking may cost up to $43/day
