Salary: $30/hour
Our client, a family-owned fence company, is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Fence Manufacturer to join their team. The role involves manufacturing various fence products, including wood, chain link, and PVC sections, gates, and posts, using a variety of machines and tools such as drill presses, saws, welders, and forklifts.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:30am-4:00pm - NO Weekends
Pay: $30.00/hr depending on skills and experience
Responsibilities of the Fence Manufacturer:
- Manufacture fence products, including wood, chain link, and PVC sections, gates, and posts, using various tools and machinery such as drill presses, saws, and welders.
- Weld steel for the production of chain link fencing and ensure the quality of finished products.
- Process and fulfill orders for walk-in customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, company vehicles, and machinery safely to load and unload materials for installation crews and customer deliveries.
- Manage inventory and assist with the shipping, receiving, and packaging of fencing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient manufacturing and timely order completion.
Qualifications and Experience of the Fence Manufacturer:
- Experience in manufacturing and welding with a strong understanding of fence production processes.
- Construction experience and ability to work with hand tools, especially in the fence industry, is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing wood products and/or welding (preferred).
- Forklift certification (preferred) and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied weather conditions.
