Qualifications:
- Current RN license valid in NH or compact state
- Minimum one year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) required
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Experience with multiple surgical specialties preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub across a variety of surgical procedures
- Ensure aseptic technique and uphold strict infection control standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assess patient needs throughout perioperative phases and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate surgical documentation and support patient safety initiatives
