Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with active NH or Compact licensure for a 12-hour day shift travel contract in Concord, NH.
Details
- Emergency Department setting within a hospital environment
- Patient population spans newborn to geriatric; no OB cases
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Floating may be required to affiliated campuses in Laconia, NH and Franklin, NH
- No on-call requirements
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required — temporary licenses are not accepted
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Prior Emergency Department experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred; candidates without peds experience must be willing to learn and be trained
- Two recent references from a charge RN or nurse manager required (no peer or co-worker references)
- NURSYS license verification report required
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a local pay rate
- Weekly orientation provided
- Former permanent staff are eligible to return as travelers after a minimum 12-month break in service
- 3 professional references total will be required upon commitment (at least 2 from leadership)
- RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
