Position Summary:
Support the installation team in achieving departmental and company goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the core values. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop hands-on HVAC skills and build a long-term career in the trade.

Responsibilities:
- Uphold company core values to create a positive experience for customers and team members
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Support the design, fabrication, and installation of ductwork and fittings
- Assist with installing heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories
- Help perform system start-ups for mini splits, heat pumps, and other HVAC systems
- Complete required documentation, including installation checklists, photos, and daily progress notes
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
- Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and job site materials
- Keep work vehicles clean, stocked, and organized
- Protect customer homes and ensure work areas are left cleaner than found
- Communicate safety concerns to the Lead Install Technician or Install Manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret plans and installation manuals
- Basic electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and some power tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow direction
- Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
- Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working on ladders (4’–32’) and at heights over 15’
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, with assistance or equipment when required
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Capable of working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments

Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday (day shift)
