Job DescriptionClosing Shift Lead - Crumbl CookiesSome people wind down at night. You know how to finish strong.Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead who can keep the energy high, the cookies beautiful, and the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the evening shift, support your crew through the dinner rush, and make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready to succeed the next morning.This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays calm when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.Pay and ScheduleEarn $17–$21 per hour, including tips.Closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You'll:Lead and motivate the evening crewAssign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on scheduleMaintain excellent cookie quality and presentationSupport baking, decorating, packaging, and guest serviceHandle customer concerns with confidence and professionalismMonitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standardsComplete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentationCoordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morningCommunicate important updates to store leadershipMake sure the team finishes together-not just at the same timeThe Kind of Leader We're Looking ForGreat leadership isn't about standing back and giving instructions.
