Position Summary:
The VP of IT & Cybersecurity, 2025 is a member of the executive team responsible for strategic planning, directing and managing multiple areas within the IT function, and as well as the security for all aspects of the Credit Union technology, data, and physical assets. The VP of IT directs all infrastructure, support, maintenance, and operations of Information Technology (IT) systems, hardware, and software including implementation and application support, IT and data center operations, identity and access management, architectural strategies, information security, and system resilience and disaster recovery business continuity leadership.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in IT, with familiarity with Technology processes, methodologies, and frameworks. 10+ years of proven leadership at a senior level directing a team of direct reports and associate staff. Bachelors Degree preferably in an Information Technology/Information Security concentration from an accredited College or University. Experience and applicable certifications can be substituted in lieu of degree.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence. Only local candidates will be considered. Employees are expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
