Our organization is in search of a Breast Imaging Radiologist to provide Locum coverage in Illinois. Here are the key details:

• Looking for coverage in week-long blocks, with ongoing monthly opportunities.
• Possibility of multiple weeks of coverage each month.
• A standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, typically from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
• Focus will be exclusively on Breast Imaging.
• The primary responsibilities include 3D screenings and diagnostic evaluations.
• Experience with procedures is advantageous.
• While Breast MR and procedures are not mandatory, having these skills is a plus.
• Breast Imaging specialists maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the breast surgery team and are located together for patient convenience.
• Work will involve batched screenings.
• Utilization of Hologic equipment and MagView tracking and reporting software.
• Powerscribe will be used for diagnostics and procedures.
• Fellowship training is required unless you have extensive experience in exclusive breast imaging prior to the prevalence of fellowships.
• Open to considering a Locum-to-Perm arrangement for interested candidates.
