CNC Lathe or Milling Machinist – Join a Growing, Supportive Team!

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes or Mills to produce high-quality parts.
- Make program edits and adjustments as needed.
- Work from blueprints and written instructions to meet tight tolerances and specifications.
- Set up tooling, vices, and fixtures efficiently.
- Manage multiple jobs or setups in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure parts meet quality and visual standards — dimensional accuracy is key!
- Modify or write CNC programs when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Lathe or Mill).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a fast-paced job-shop or custom machining environment.
- Solid understanding of machining best practices, tooling, and G-code.
- Comfortable with reading technical drawings, blueprints, and job travelers.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- CNC programming experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience with deburring and finishing parts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
