A nationally recognized design-build construction firm is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
- Maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Conduct daily coordination meetings and manage field communication
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
- Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and punch list completion
- Partner closely with Project Managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, industrial, or design-build construction
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience managing large-scale vertical or industrial projects
- Food manufacturing, processing plant, cold storage, or clean facility experience strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification preferred
