IT Technician 2 Benefits:

IT Technician 2 Responsibilities:
Our IT Technician 2 position offers an ideal mix of in-office and fieldwork duties, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
- Splitting your time between in-office help desk support and onsite client visits.
- Troubleshooting user issues, managing tickets, and maintaining systems through our RMM and PSA platforms.
- Installing, upgrading, and supporting workstations, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure in the field.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new managed service clients and ensuring systems are configured and documented properly.
- Collaborating closely with teammates to deliver responsive, high-quality service that keeps clients running smoothly.
- Maintaining clear, consistent documentation to improve efficiency, collaboration, and the overall quality of service delivery across the team.
Required Experience & Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills, which will enable you to handle the diverse responsibilities of the position effectively.
- Senior experience level in IT support
- GED level education
- Proficiency in system monitoring and preventive maintenance
- Experience in system documentation and knowledge sharing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good at field service completion and quality assessments
