INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER North Country Smokehouse, Claremont, NH-Analyze/optimize workflows for efficiency/productivity/quality. Design/develop production layouts/processes to up productivity. Review/modify/implement process improvements. Design/implement scalable Management Operating System connecting KPIs to operational execution. Estimate cost savings & effects of production process changes on expenditures. Manage end-to-end project delivery. Build engineering grade tools/calculators/dashboards to automate processes & support data-driven decisions. Design control systems using Power BI/R/Python/internal data systems. Support engineering/Capex/automation initiatives through planning/vendor coordination/tech evaluation. Train staff & provide instructions/manuals on new processes. Manage process docs & prep production reports. Analyze stat data/product specs, Use AutoCAD/Advanced Excel/ PDCA tech/ Continuous & Process Improvement.
