About the Role:

Stratton Aviation LLC is seeking a Receiving Associate to support the accurate and timely receipt of aircraft parts and materials into inventory. This role is responsible for verifying incoming material and documentation, maintaining inventory traceability, and ensuring received units are accurately recorded and prepared for downstream quality review and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive aircraft parts and materials against purchase orders, repair orders, and other applicable transactions, ensuring units are recorded accurately and against the correct inventory records.
- Inspect incoming material for visible damage, missing components, and discrepancies, and verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, product condition, and other identifying information.
- Review, organize, and upload supporting documentation, certifications, trace records, and photographs to maintain complete and accurate inventory records.
- Verify key traceability and certification information and identify material requiring additional review or quality control hold.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Repairs, Sales, and other internal teams to investigate and resolve receiving, documentation, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and timely receiving records to support inventory integrity, regulatory compliance, traceability, and efficient movement of material through Stratton’s operations.
