Job DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual RecruiterLocation: West Springfield, MA (Hybrid)Supports: 4 site locations between MA and PASchedule: Full-time, flexible start between 7:30–9:00 AMCompensation: Salary, $75,000–$80,000What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume staffing
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations
- Comfortable managing a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid role, local to West Springfield location
- Flexible start time between 7:30–9:00 AM
- Standard 40‑hour workweek
- Occasional travel to supported locations may be required
