SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently looking for caring and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Mendon, MA. We’re seeking caregivers who enjoy supporting others and want to help clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
-
Report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
