Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Positive Change Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidenced-based practices to enhance their recovery prospects.
- Collaborating with a remote team of health care professionals, including psychologists, addiction specialists, and nurses, to facilitate integrated care and positive outcomes for clients.
- Tracking and maintaining detailed, compliant documentation of client progress and treatment effectiveness using our secure electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a substance use or mental health treatment setting.
