Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide efficient and detail-oriented technical support to internal users, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely and effective technical support to internal staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems across various platforms, including Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring proper access control.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions thoroughly and accurately within designated systems.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of computer hardware and software across the organization.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve service desk operations and processes.
• Provide support for Cisco and Citrix technologies, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Maintain and update technical documentation to support consistent and reliable service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during all support activities.• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix platforms.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and software deployment processes.
• Experience with configuration management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
