In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting, create and implement personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient progress.

Key Responsibilities

You will achieve success by:

  • Reviewing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing patients through observation and listening to their concerns.
  • Creating individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • A valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Compensation

The salary range is $80,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
