What You’ll Do

• Lead plumbing projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for public and private jobs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and municipal agencies.
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and to spec.
• Use Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel to track and manage every detail.

What You Bring

• 5+ years plumbing construction estimating experience.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with public bidding and Massachusetts codes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
